This is the perfect quick read for the mom-on-the-go. It gives you great tips for how to address all of your travels from down the street to across the globe. I remember all of my apprehension before my first flight with our little girl so I regularly give this book to my new mom friends.
I think many new moms are afraid to travel with their small children, so they really don't much. I have seen that a lot with friends. I do travel a lot with my kids and I WISH I'd had this book when my first was little. But even now it's given me several useful tips on how to make life easier and do what you want to do, keeping everyone happy(ish) along the way. I bought the whole series of books at a baby shower event and I love the other two as much as this one. They are all really well written and full of practical info. I will buy the set for several pregnant friends now!
I'm not a mom, but almost all of my closest friends are. This book makes a great baby shower gift and is so easy to read that even a busy mom can get through it quickly. So now, when my friends and I get together with their kids in tow, it's a breeze -- thanks to the great travel tips from the Clueless Chick.
This book is priceless. I wish I had this book when I was traveling with my first child. Again The Clueless Chick has mastered the art of taking the hassle out of being a traveling mom. From a trip to the store to an overseas trip with baby the Clueless Chick covers it all. Being a seasoned traveler, and one who had traveled extensively with my first child I can't believe how much this book has helped me prepare for traveling with both of my kids. Great advice and lists of must haves and tips for all types of trips.
I wish I had had this information years ago when I was doing a lot of traveling with two small children. I've started giving the set of books to friends who are newly pregnant .
